Our Romanesque restaurant “ Princess Marie Pauline” accommodates up to 80 guests. In addition, our terrace at the moat is open from spring to fall and offers a picturesque view of the park for up to 90 guests.
Our kitchen staffers prepare meals according to regional and international receipts, from bourgeois kitchen to gourmet food or gala buffet. We also offer various specialties depending on the season using self cultivated herbs and spices from the herb garden of our hotel.
As one of only a few restaurants in the Harz region, our restaurant received several recommendations by the gourmet´s guide "Gault Millau" in 2009,2010 and 2011.
Knights Vault - Comital Parlour - Ballrooms

The 800 years old historical “Knights vault” is the oldest room of our hotel. Here, up to 50 "knights and nobles" can carouse and munch at the "Medieval food table". A herald leads you through the evening while our Musicians provide fun and music with singing, bagpipe, drums and whistle.
The “Comital Parlour” with an attached winter garden is a place for festivities and events for up to 25 guests.
The two ballrooms of our hote, the Duke´s Hall and Mirror Hall, offer a solemn surrounding for festivities such as weddings, birthday parties or dances for up to 90 guests.
