You offer:

• Reliability and Fluency in German (perfection is not yet required)
• The will for good job performances, even at "unusual" times
• Mobility since the hotel is situated in a rural area and vocational school is in Wernigerode or Quedlinburg
• Reliability, ability to work on a team, creativity, good german language ability
• For trainees: At least a "good" secondary or grammar school degree, or first year vocational school degree of "good"
• For trainees: Majority, or coming off age latest in november of your first training year

We particularly encourage persons from abroad (EU countries) to apply at our hotel. As mentioned, a funtional fluency in German is compulsory.

our vocational training:

• hotel manager: 3 years job training
• cook/chef 3 years: job training 
• steward and stewardess: 2 years job training 
• training start: yearly, early summer
• Lateral entries at other times are possible after consultation
• apprenticeships for job training or job preparation
